  Highly Not recommended. Paying 70 dollars which after discount included polish service but still can see dust and mark on the window after cleaning and the car also seem like without polish too.

  AVOID AVOID AVOID unless you enjoy throwing money into the wind. I paid $275 (special discount for paying in cash... now I know why... no paper trail, no recourse) for a car detail (inside only) and I may as well have employed my golden retriever to have done the job. It barely looked clean, least of all detailed. I returned it the following day as the boot area was hardly touched. On inspection at home, it still was not clean with entire sections completely ignored. Both times they gave me time-frames that were not kept to. The second time I watched as they started the job the second I came back to collect it. At 9 months pregnant, having to sit on a rickety chair and wait the entire time despite coming back at the time specified was particularly maddening. The actual worst experience I've ever had as a consumer in my adult life and that is saying something! This is one of only two negative reviews I've ever submitted as I prefer to praise than criticise, but to pay that much money as a soon-to-be single mother for such an appalling job, was infuriating. I called to complain and no answer every time. I then left a message with head office. No reply. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

  PLEASE RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!DO NOT this place to clean your car!!! these people are dishonest !!!and they are thieves!!!I left my Mercedes for a total cleaning, 30 minutes later they called me, telling me that my car was no longer working. I had to have my vehicle towed to Mercedes. and they found out that THEY had put water in my car, as well as in the key. I had to pay $ 620 for a new key, and a Mercedes diagnostic on the top!!. they did not want to confess that he had put water in the car!!. they lied!!. I contacted the police, but unfortunately there were nothing they could do. they are con artists !!and liars. if you don't want to lose your car don't take it there.!!

  pretty much beyond average job, dirts found on obvious places after washed. won't recommend as the price is not match the service

  I had my car detailed here and it came up schmick. Unfortunately somehow my key housing was broken during the works. When I contacted Phil, the manager, he was very helpful and they agreed to replace the housing. I was relieved as I am from Exmouth and only had one day spare to sort before driving back up. Well done Phil and I recommend these guys for any car detailing you may need!
