  Dara and the team at Residential Realty managed our rental property very well for several years - very professional, highly competent and excellent level of communication. We highly recommend their services! Adrian also helped us put our property on the market when it came time to sell and we couldn't be more pleased. Excellent service.

  Residential & Investment Realty and the owner Dara are absolutely brilliant. I can't recommend them highly enough. I was overseas for 3 years and he managed by property very professionally, guiding me through numerous negotiations and eventually the sale of the property with the tenants in the house.
  
  Dara is very professional, honest, fair and importantly a great bloke. I relied upon his opinion and insights on numerous occasions. His guidance was always on the money and I felt very confident with him managing my property.
  
  I will use Residential & Investment Realty in the future and would recommend them highly to others.

  R&I Realty were a breeze to work with the whole way through our sales journey. Accurately appraised our property, fought for the best price and delivered at the end. Always easy to contact and felt like we were part of the family. Dan Hart who was the agent was knowledgable, gave great guidance and didn't beat around the bush. We knew exactly where we stood the whole way through and he spoke to us just like a mate. I would highly recommend Dan and the R&I team if you're looking to sell your next property.

  Have just finished two years of a tenancy managed by the team at Residential & Investment Realty, and can't sing their praises any higher. Always a delight to deal with both in person and over phone/email. Extremely helpful when required and always prompt responses to enquires. Very much the type of caring that one would hope for from a local real estate management - would very happily rent through R&IR again!
